Annual Requirements & Education

We understand that your success is our success therefore it is our fiduciary duty to provide education to
our representatives so they meet industry standards. All licensed individuals are required to complete the
Firm Element Continuing Education Program annually as required by FINRA. United Planners' Financial
Services of America (UPFSA) utilizes a web based vendor (RegEd) to facilitate the Firm Element Continuing Education Program. By partnering with RegEd, UPFSA is able to provide you the convenience of 24 hour
access to the education modules and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training. Additionally, representatives
are able to receive educational courses through RegEd for CFP, state insurance, and other professional designations at a reduced cost.

One other annual requirement includes the Annual Compliance Meeting. This requirement can be satisfied by attending our annual conference or through a webinar facilitated by the United Planners' Compliance Department.



In addition to the annual requirements, United Planners' provides multiple educational programs to assist with Marketing, Operations, Advisory Services, and Compliance. On a monthly basis, United Planners' conducts S.T.A.R. (sales, training, and resources) Program webinars which includes compliance updates, operational systems training, advisory information, and sales ideas from the Marketing Department and Sponsor Companies. UPFSA also hosts Financial Planning E-Forums, business planning programs, and two Administrative Workshop training session annually for representatives and their staff.



All of this is in addition to the networking sharing opportunity which occurs between our
